As a mindfulness-based therapist, my goals are to listen deeply and understand your unique situation, so I can help you uncover your true potential to be present and enjoy life, relationships, and true well-being. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. My specialties include integrative mind-body mental health, trauma, loss, life transitions, pregnancy and parenting support, cross-cultural awareness, academic and creativity coaching, and marriage and family therapy. Drawing on a variety of therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
